- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Invoice must be available
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damage-related claims
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items purchased on sale or discount
Refunds
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- It may take 3–5 working days to reflect
- Shipping charges are non-refundable

- We will arrange pickup where available
- In other cases, customers may self-ship and we will reimburse a fixed amount
