Returns (within 3 days of delivery)

  • Manufacturing defect

Exchanges (within 7 days of delivery)

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (rings)
  • Style preference

Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Invoice must be available
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damage-related claims

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items purchased on sale or discount

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection
  • It may take 3–5 working days to reflect
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Reverse Pickup

  • We will arrange pickup where available
  • In other cases, customers may self-ship and we will reimburse a fixed amount
